Firewire 800 Speed of Copy

I have two Firewire 800 2 TB drives on vista x64 machine.

The profile is doing a backup to mirror with CRC checks on.

The thruput on the copy is only about 6 mb per second or 4 days!!

here is my profile:

Profile File: c:\documents and settings\all users\documents\backupmirrorsettings.fsf

Folders
- Source: "V:\"
- Target: "O:\"
- Include Subfolders: Yes
Comparison
- Comparison Type: CRC (CRC calculated on entire file)
Execution
- Method: Backup (Mirror Source to Target)
- No overwrite / read-only / error confirmations
- No archive for deleted/replaced source files
- No archive for deleted/replaced target files
- Process Priority: Realtime
- Copy directly to destination file (do not use a temporary file)
- Verify successful file copy by checking file CRC


since its my media center i figured ISO's shoud be crc checked at least.

I think it is the CRC calculation slowing down the copy, what do you get without CRC verification?
