Hello,

I am consolidating a network drive with my local drive.
The information is properly copied from the network drive to the local.
When I create a local file however, it will not copy back to the network drive.
The following is the error message:
Copying "kjhkjh.txt" (0) ... [Can not copy attributes to file "". The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.] Error.

It copies new directories however (but none of the files in the directories).

The following is my profile, enabling/disabling "Copy directly..." and "Try to copy..." does not have any effect. Please help, I cannot buy this software unless I get this to work, and I really want to use it...

Execution
- Method: Consolidation
- Tracking Database: "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\ViceVersa PRO 2\vvdb_drfs_product_management.tdb"
- Log File: "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\ViceVersa PRO 2\log2.log" (max 10000 KB)
- Archive deleted/replaced source files to: "E:\viceversa\archive\source\"
- Archive deleted/replaced target files to: "E:\viceversa\archive\target\"
- Smart archive
- Remove archive copies older than 100 day(s)
- Append Source/Target path to archive folder(s)
- Copy directly to destination file (do not copy to temporary file)
- Try to copy files that are in use by other applications

I'll check this out asap. Can you tell me what type of network drive are you using?

I received the log file, thanks, I will look at it.
The fact that the network drive is accessed using SAMBA 2.0.7 may be the cause.
