Better handling of file set movements (directory changes)

The same applies to simply renaming a folder! Especially if it is a root folder with a lot of content this would save A LOT of data movement not only in the Backup but also in and out of Archive folders!

I would like to see this feature especially for Renaming folders as I do this quite frequently.
I am ending up with many Archive copies which are the same as in the backup (because the folder was only renamed, the files stayed the same, but VV Pro still things the folder was deleted so moves all the files into the Archive)
