There is another way to achieve real time, or scheduled, synchronization with FTP servers without the hassle of inconsistent time stamps between the local computer and the FTP server. The idea is when VVPro scans the source for changes, it should keep a local structure of the source in another location on the local hard drive, but only store the time stamp of the file rather than store the entire data (wasted storage space). Now when VVpro compares the source with the secondary source location, it can determine which files have been changed and synchronize those files with FTP destination. So you are not really comparing the source with the actual FTP server, rather you are comparing the source with a cached structure of the source, which becomes the exact data that is actually stored on the FTP server.

What do you guys think about that?

This is a good idea. This method could be used also in other replication scenarios where the target connection is not that fast and it takes too long to rescan the entire target. But it has one problem: if a file in the target is changed after the snapshot was created (when ViceVersa was last run), ViceVersa will not see that change and this may cause problems. So this technique can only be used when only ViceVersa is making changes to the target.
