I have used vice versa for years now and like it much. However, I am currently trying to sync to a hard drive based mp3 player (Toshiba gigabeat) but VV does not recognize the device as a drive. Thus, I can't compare the folder on my compter with a similar folder on my mp3 player. Any ideas why the mp3 player is not showing up in the drive list? Your website says any usb storage device...

Normally when you plug-in a USB drive, Windows will load its driver and mount it as a volume. You can then see the volume listed in Windows Explorer and you can copy files form/to. Then you can use VV vs. this drive. Does the Toshiba mount as a volume when plugged-in? thanks
