ERROR CODE 5

I have previously successfully upgraded from V1 to V 2.08. When trying to upgrade to V 2.0.10 by overwiting the existing version I am getting the following Error message
"DeleteFile Failed; Code 5"
Can anyone help me interpret ehat teh problem is please?

It looks like the VV installer is not able to delete a file because in use.
Try stopping ViceVersa and VVLauncher before installing the upgraded version.
