I want to sync folders from a certain directory which has a little over 60gb of data to a machine of site.

Can I setup a service with this software so that it is always scanning for changes?

How exactly does VV work? Does it read everything and then sync new or changed data? or does it read sync and then need to reread?

Yes, using the VVLauncher tool that is installed with VV PRO 2

Reads everything then syncs
