I have 2 W2003 servers, one is my production server the other is a backup server, located offsite. Both servers are configured the same with the same users. I want to copy the Documents and Settings folder from the production server to the backup server including permissions. If the production server ever fails I can point my users to the backup server and all of their data is there and they can access it. I have tried to setup a scheduled xcopy from the administrator's account but that changed all the permissions and the users could not access their data, example Outlook.

Will ViceVersa do this for me and if so how can I schedule it to run automatically.

Yes, VV should work, if both servers are part of the same domain....

There is no domain, they are set up as file servers.
