Hey there. I have what I think may be a problem with VV. Here are the backup details:

Upating target
Source files: Uncompressed Unencrypted
Target files: Compressed Encrypted
Archiving Enabled.

Problem. When the archives are created, the files are not compressed encrypted. I can go to the archive folder and open the files directly.

What am I doing wrong?

Hi - you will need to activate Compression and/or Encryption also for the archive folders: you can do that in the Compression/Encryption page of the profile settings.

Thanks so much. I can't tell you how much I like this program. Have recommended it to all our customers. Just so many bells and whistles, I couldn't see the forest for the trees ! Laughing

This is great software.
