vv pro has problems

it says there are NO files of these names in the V drive. clearly they are there.

Hi, sorry this forum does not support images.

What type of drive is the V drive?
Mayne you need to run ViceVersa PRO as full admin? e.g. right click on ViceVersa PRO icon and select "run as administrator"

the v drive is just any old type of external drive. computer name for it is the letter V
can you suggest another software that we can use to check what files are NOT on both drives?
