Finding ViceVersa unreliable and confusing

I am still in trial mode for ViceVersa and have been plagued with problems. I have four folders on my business laptop I want to synchronize with four identical folders on my NAS. I define these in multi-source mode and I have installed the scheduler to run as a service and synchronize.

I do a compare and it shoes the source files but zero destination files. I select the files to 'copy' thinking this is what I need to start the sync. The next thing I discover, all my financial data and documents are mixed together in my pictures folders despite the fact I clearly defined my source and targets.

I spent the best part of an evening clearing up the mess ViceVersa created because it altered the data in my source directories.

A sync program like this should not be so prone to failure.
