Conditional copy - copy *.jpg files only if with *.mp3 files

Hi,
I have a folder structure with music containing .flac and .mp3 files. Both of them usually have a „folder.jpg“ file for the album cover art.

TREE:

FolderA:
1-n.flac
folder.jpg

FolderB:
1-n.mp3
folder.jpg

I would like to copy the .mp3 files to a separate folder structure and copy the folder.jpg with it.
Thats of course not a problem with vv. But I would like to copy the folder.jpg file as well but ONLY IF its in a folder with mp3 files.

If I filter for *.mp3 and *.jpg I would copy also folder.jpg files thats with the *.flac files.

Any suggestions?

In ViceVersa there is no way to have an include/exclude file filters based on other files in that folder, sorry, the name filters always apply to that single file.
