VVEngine Start Up

I am new to Vice Versa. I have Vice versa installed and just downloaded VVEngine. When I try to run VVEngine I get this error message:

ERROR: VVEngine cannot find ViceVersa PRO on this machine. Re-Install ViceVersa PRO and restart VVEngine.

I have reinstalled several time, but still get this error message.
