Method: Backup (Mirror Source to Target)
No overwrite / read-only / error confirmations

On the source a user is "renaming" the file by changing case

aa_aa.txt

to

Aa_Aa.txt

Change is not reflected on Destination.

I've noticed similar behaviour for Windows Copy. Is there a setting that could overcome this ?

Hi, Windows is case-insensitive i.e. it does not distinguish between uppercase and lowercase in file names. And ViceVersa PRO too.
