Updating ViceVersa/VVEngine to work on very high DPI display

We are working hard to make ViceVersa PRO and VVEngine look better on high DPI displays with zoom levels > 125%. Many new high-end laptops and tablets, such as Microsoft Surface PRO and Surface Book, nowadays run with very high DPI of 192 (200% zoom). This makes text and graphic look fantastic and very crisp. But programs must be upgraded with new icons/graphics to take advantage or they will look too small, almost unreadable. We are doing that for all of our programs. The same applies to new 4k and 5k computer monitors, which also run at very high pixel density.
