Backing up empty files

I have been trialing VV Pro 2.5 Build 2518 & VVEngine 2.1 Build 2106 and have been having some trouble finding certain settings again.

I read here in the forum or in the program's help that the latest version defaults to NOT copying empty folders. I was not happy about that.

But when I tried VV 2.5 Pro Build 2518, it did copy at least one empty folder to the Target (and with the correct modification date (unlike some other folders)). This is great, for me.

Nonetheless I'd like to know where this is specified or where it can be turned off/on,. I found the "exclude empty subfolders option" but nothing else I am left wondering.
