VVScheduler not running: Latest status error

Hey,
The VVScheduler is not running in WIN7.
I have one only 100% silent task
The acoount credentials have insterted (user and pass)
I want to add a screenshot but the post editor wouldn't let me..... Rolling Eyes
It says last run result -2147024629
The log file does not change (only in manual mode when I compare)
Please help
