VVEngine has failed

Hi,

A bit urgent.

I checked backups this morning and VVEngine appeared to have locked up.

I closed the browser window but now can't connect to VVEngine.
I also terminated VVEngine in the services window.


When I attempt to run VVEngine I get "Failed connecting to VVEngine"

I can't run the settins app either.

I'm running Windows Server 2008.

VVEngine.exe is dated 16/11/2015 - I believe it's the current version but I have no way of checking.
Size is 2304KB

Stop VVEinge.vbs reports that VVEngine is not running.

Help!

I sorted it following advices in this thread

so killed the service, uninstalled the service, installed the service, amnually started the service and then all was well.
