I am confused by this message which indicates that there were changes, yet indicates it did not copy or delete any files or folders. Why wouldn't it?

11/1/2016 1:00:00 AM until 1:08:32 AM (8 min 32 sec) - (Changes Detected) - Successful. (No files/folders copied or deleted)

Hi, do you have files that were excluded in the profile?

If changes happen to excluded files, then the profile is still run but no files are copied.
