When syncing files over a network cable between 2 computers I get constant transfer rates of around 50mbps but when syncing to a USB3 drive the transfer rate is high at first for each file (80-120mbps) but seems to stall at the end of each file. The graph on VV looks like a square wave and this increases the total transfer time dramatically. Any ideas?

Hi - no it happens with larger files too - most of my files are video files of .5 to 1 gb each
