Cannot copy security descriptors (DACL)

I am trying to sync one folder from a local drive to another folder on a different local drive, and I get the above error on about half of the 60,000 files. What is causing this and how can I fix it. Sometimes it occurs and sometimes it dosnt.

I am using Windows 7 64bit Pro and VVP 2.5 Build 2501.

I would like to keep the "copy permissions and security attributes" option checked because this is a directory that is accessed by others on the network.

This message means the file permissions can't be copied, depending on your permissions it could be a limitation on the network folder.
