Has anyone come accross this error, this pops up when I am trying to run a comparison.
I have 2 sets that copy between themselves and used to work without any problems.
looking for a solution to reset or create another, i assume, database of tracked events.

Hello,

make sure the same tracking database is not shared across two or more profiles. Each profile should use its own tracking db. To reset it go to profile settings -> execution. The database needs to be reset if you changed source and / or targets for instance.
