Potential New Customer with 3 Initial Questions.

Our new company is desiring to do the following:

At a customer site with a single server, attach a backup server with your software. Connect the backup server from the customer site via internet connection (probably DSL) to a data center server, also with your software, for replication.

Question 1: The Data Center Server will have multiple customers, could there be any security issues if we use folders for each customer?

Queston 2: Is there any gauge of the time to backup 30 Gig from server at the customer site to the Date Center server?

Question 3: Is there any monitoring features in your products that will alert a failed backup or replication?

(It seems to me that if there are errors between the customer server and our server the Date Center Server would replicate that error but not recognize it as an error.)

I am hoping these questions amount to nothing and we can do lots of business.
