Filter folder exclusion

How to exclude all types of files in a directory except 3

Exclude c:\source\subfolder\*
Include c:\source\subfolder\*.htm

This will exclude all files in c:\source\subfolder\ , but still include all .htm files in c:\source\subfolder\ , because the second filter takes precedence over the first one.

Files in other subfolders will be not impacted.
