Are you copying across domains or to a NAS ? This message is about being unable to copy file security attributes (DACL). thanks

this is a synchronisation between a laptop and a server. they are on the same domain and subnet but different ip ranges.

im just trying to sync the laptop from the server, to start off with.

so, the acl's will come from the server.

Hi, you could trying switching off copying of file and folder permissions , the option is under advanced settings -> details -> copy file/folder permissions. thanks
