Using Vice Versa Pro to copy from source to target

I need to know the best way to use Vice Versa to perform a daily copy of all contents in a source share to a target share across a slow WAN connection.

I would like to use compression and also to have this done as quickly as possible.

Right now I am attempting to use the Backup method and what is taking largest portion of the time is the comparison of the target.

Any tips, suggestions, procedures you can provide me to speed up this operation will be appreciated.
