VVLauncher: Can not monitor backup folder

Hi!

I tried out ViceVersa Pro - it's really great! However there is one problem: I'm using Novell's NetDrive Utility to map a WebDAV folder as a network drive (XSmile which should be used as a backup folder. Backuping with ViceVersa works fine, but not with VVLauncer:

Error * Can not monitor folder: X:\ABC

Ok, I understand that such a folder can not be monitored but in this case it is not necessary because this is the backup folder.

Any suggestions how to solve this problem?

Hello - in VVLauncher you have the option to detect file changes only in source (as required in your situation) . Smile See the VVLauncher settings.

Hi

I've got this problem as well. But not like Martin, I do want to synchronize the NetDrive to a local drive. Do You know, how i can synchronize it?
It also sais: Can not monitor folder M:\Test\

Hi - VV cannot monitor remote folders for changes, only local folders or shared folders over LAN. You will need to use scheduled or manual execution.
