Sync between 2 servers in a windows 2003 environment

I have two windows 2003 servers running on the same domain in a clustered environment. They both have a common shared folder that is accessed by users through a load balanced cluster. These files need to be synced every few minutes but when I attempt to execute the sync I recieve an access is denied error across the board. I am using a syst admin account on both servers so I have full read and write. Is there any way around this issue?

Are you getting access denied on the source or the target? On which server are you running VV? thanks

I'm getting access denied on the moving target to source. The software is installed on the source machine though.
