I'm using VV2 for synchronising documents on my laptop and home computer. I like keep both document folders exactley the same. So I am using Synchronize method with database.

Now I have renamed home computer's name from \\Superman to \\Home. At comparison VV allerts that \\Home\D:\Docs\ folder does not exist in database! How to tell it that \\Home\D:\Docs\ in stored in \\Superman\D:\Docs\ in database?

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Further more... is it possible to view tracked database and manipulating file names? It is really annoying when you dont know what is stored in some database.

Hi, it is not possible to modify the tracking database, but you can reset it (in the profile settings -> execution) to start with a blank one.

I think it is a lack to give no control over database...

Although the tdb format is simple and easy to manage with common text editors. I've almost written prog that will replace all \\superman with \\home in my tdb file.

If anyone want it let me know on jan.savli@gmail.com
