File Filter does not apply to any source or target folder

VV has been working fine, but is now getting hung up on files for no apparent reason. After creating new profiles of various sources and targets, this error msg appears when I click Compare, even though the files it identifies are in different folders, and in some cases have been deleted or moved.

Example:
when comparing profile C:\Company\Admin to \\Frontier\Company\Admin, I get repeated error msg for files in other folders, such as
FIle Filter "C:\Company\Marketing\Media\~TV\ERL\UKATAK START.mov" does not apply to any source or target folder.

How can I rectify? Thanks.

You must have some filters in the profile settings that do not apply (=intersect) with neither source or target... check the file and subfolder filters. thanks
