I have two identical machines, with identical permissions running server 2003. I am in the process of setting up load balancing. I purchased vicevers pro 2 along with VVEngin. I set up a schedule for synconization when i file change is detected. The files from the source copy over fine, however when you go from target to source, i get errors of access denied. How do i fix this?

It sounds like a permission issue, make sure the file permissions allow copy, changing file attributes, etc, especially check the advanced security attributes.
