I just ran sync mode and lost almost all my files. I don't know how this could happen.

It isn't much help to you or anyone else to say something so alarming without giving any other data, posting the log file, etc. We can only assume you don't know what you're doing.

Is there a reason that we can't have real tech support? I spend near a $1000 and can't get a real live person on the other end. That sucks! I wish we could at least have IM support if not a phone number. I really wish you guys would think about this.
