Hello all,

I've searched the forums as best I can but to no avail. When my profile runs (via VVScheduler) all of a sudden I started receiving the following error:

Exit Code 9

Unable to open tracking database. It may be not accessible or in use by another process running.

This job had been running just fine for almost a year and this just cropped up. I've tried restarting VV but that didn't work. I've moved the database vvdb1.tdb in the hopes that it would just get regenerated but that didn't work either. What can I do to get this job to execute again?

Hi , if you changed source or target in the profile settings, you will need to reset the tracking database, did you try resetting the database already? thanks

I am getting this same problem, after almost 7 months with no issues. I did in fact reset the tracking database, and I still get this error. Help!

In fact, I set the jobs to write to a completely NEW database, and I still get this error after the first runs. I have four jobs. I will go and reset the database for each. The first time I run a job on this db, it completes fine. Each subsequent job fails, error 9. It's like some hook in the db is not being released now ???

Hi, make sure each profile uses a different tracking database and then reset each database, thanks
