Cannot see folders!!!

Hello,

Whenever I try and do a backup (or any other job) I cannot see folders but only files after running a comparison. Is there something I'm missing here? Thanks.

Hi, did you switch on the option to include subfolders already? It is under Profile Settings->Folders
