Runtime Error!

Hi,
I test ViceVersa when a try to make a backup i see the following error:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Runtime Error!

Program: C:\Program Files\ViceVersa Pro 2\ViceVersa.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application’s support team for more information.
---------------------------

It's occurred when backup a Folder with the following content:

Files: 76519
Folders: 2981

The OS is Windows XP with SP2.
The ViceVersa version is 2 Build 2014

Can you please send the files ViceVersa.dmp and ViceVersa.rpt to support@tgrmn.com
These two files are located in the installation folder so we can debug the issue.

Hi,
thanks a lot for your answer.

I find for these files in all hard drivers, but this doesn't appear.

I need execute ViceVersa in debug mode to generate this files?

These two files are usually created by ViceVersa if a program crash occurs... ViceVersa.dmp and ViceVersa.rpt.
No debug version is needed for this. They should be in the installation folder (usually c:\program files\ViceVersa PRO 2\)

Hi,
thanks a lot for your answer...

I test this again, but this files aren't generated.
I search in all hard drivers, but i cannot find its.

I test some task, this occurred only when a backup a folder. If i backup another folders the task run right.

may be that i need reinstall viceversa?

Yes, please re-download the latest ViceVersa PRO 2 installer from www.tgrmn.com and re-install.
If the 2 files are still not generated, could you send us the profile log?
You can setup a profile log under profile settings -> execution
