launcher won't launch

when I click launcher, it won't run.
for stupid technical reasons, I inverted the listing on my source/target and my new target is not local to the pc/VV can't detect file changes, it's a network folder..


it keeps erroring out as it can't detect changes.
I double click the launcher app, nothing happens.. no discernable change on my system.

I have the service running.. need I stop it/unistall it to change it?

help/suggestions?

Most of the times network folders cannot be monitored for changes.
