Need to Synch OE, Excel, MSWord between Laptop and Desktop

I work from home 3 days and the office 2 days a week.
I want to have the same information on both computers (laptop and desktop). In other words, when I open OE on my laptop it will download messages. When I get home I want to transfer those messages to my OE on the desktop. Same with MSWord and Excel files.

Will I get this with VV?

Also, the initial transfer from desktop to laptop can be done with VV or must be done with XP file transfer first?

I think the best way to setup this is to use a removable USB drive.

On your office PC you install ViceVersa PRO and setup a synchronization profile between office PC and USB drive. You will need to run the profile when before you start working on the PC and at the end.

On your home PC you do the same. You install ViceVersa PRO and setup a synchronization profile between office PC and USB drive. You will need to run the profile when before you start working on the PC and at the end.
