Dear ViceVersas,

It seems strange to me that ViceVersa has errors with some file names that Windows accepts. This includes files containing "..", "~", "&" etc . If I want to replicate a directory structure with thousands of files, I want it to just work, rather than be forced to sort out all the file names that Windows if fine with but ViceVersa will not accept. Is there a solution to this ?

Thanks

Terry Clancy

BTW, here are the error messages I recieved

Copying "TC060307_FYI - here is the PreEmptive release.....htm" (12.72KB) ... Hi, VV does copy files with "..", "~", "&" , the cause of these errors must be something else. For example for the last file it says "The file type being saved or retrieved has been blocked." This error is coming from Windows. I never heard of this error before, but sounds like some anti-virus filter?
