Can default be set to skip errors or continue?

This is supposed to copy even active files but it often hangs on Outlook. Okay, I can live with the inability to copy, but it hangs there with a button to click to continue, and skip the errors. I have to click a button, and that detracts from the unattended copy in scheduler. Can this default be changed to skip errors or continue? There is one option to do this, but it won't work on a single folder to folder copy.

In the project settings you can activate the option "No confirmation ... " in the additional sync settings.

I tried that, and it won't let it happen on a single folder copy, one source = one target, unless I clicked the wrong box.
