|
|
| Is there a way to get VVPro to deal with read-only files? Rather than prompting as Explorer does, or providing an option setting, it refuses to overwrite them. The driver for this is a desktop/laptop synchronization with source controlled files. Files are sync to the laptop, checked out and made writable, modified, checked in and back to read-only, then synced to the desktop. Thx. |

Try the latest build from www.tgrmn.com
There was an issue with read-only files and FAT32 file systems that was fixed recently. Please let me know if it still does not work.
thanks! _________________ --

| Already on the latest build (2011). This is on NTFS, not FAT. So you are saying that it is supposed to deal with read-only files that have changed? Thx. |
