Hello Support,

I'm see this same issue. I am performing a backup (copying souce to target), the source is a local raid array and the target is a NAS device (www.isilon.com) that is mounted. The NAS device is part of my domain. The behavior I'm seeing seems random on which directories and files ViceVersa will copy without issue and which ones it fails to copy and reports the following error:[Can not copy primary Group information to folder]. I have applied ownership at the root level and had it take ownership of all child objects, I have reapplied the NTFS perms. to all child objects as well with no results. I can you send you my log file if that will help.

What can I do to correct this.
